  Old, leaks and frequent lift break downs

  Be prepared for leaks, weak airconditioning and windows that howl when the wind blows. Broken lifts are common and only 3 lifts serve all the apartments. Be prepared to wait daily for them. Moving out

  Circular shape apartments that commands far unblocked views of the city and Bukit Timah reserve areas. Consist of mainly studios and 3 bed rooms units

  The Draycott - A Prestigious Location

  The Draycott is a freehold condominium located at Draycott Park off Stevens Road, one of Singapore’s most exclusive and prestigious residential area. It consists of a circular high rise tower and 2 blocks of low rise apartments. Facilities include swimming pool, wading pool, playground and 24-hrs security. The Draycott is within few minutes walk from the shopping and entertainment belt of Orchard Road. And within a stone’s throw away from The Tanglin Club, The Pines Club and The American Club. Good schools and educational institutions such as Raffles Girls School, International Singapore School (ISS), Overseas Family School and Chatsworth International School are located nearby. Orchard MRT Station is about 10 minutes walk away, and the Changi International Airport is about 30 minutes away via the Pan Island Expressway (PIE). Rarely available in the market, the excellent locality and management of The Draycott makes it one of the most sought after condominium in the prime Orchard Road area.
