very comfortable living place
Although the development is not big, with just over 200 units, it has complete facilities. The surrounding area is very convenient, with a supermarket and a wet market within 300 meters. Transportation is very accessible, with a bus stop right by the side entrance downstairs and a subway station less than 1 kilometer away. Next door is the best primary school in the area, Keming Primary School, making morning school drop-offs incredibly time-saving. -

Stone throw distance to everything you need daily. Bus-stops in a mins, MRT within 10 mins walk. -

Perfect Condo in the West
If you are looking for a private condominium in the west which is near to the MRT station and the bus interchange, next to the best school in that area and at the lowest price/psf, this is the one! The Dew was an executive condominium but now 100% private and many first owners have moved out. Now the condo residents are mainly young families and expats. The condo facilities are simply impressive especially the beautiful olympic size swimming pool. Gym, tennis court, basketball court, sauna, bbq pits, function room are some of the facilities available. Ke Ming Primary, the best primary school in Bukit Batok as told by kiasu parents is right behind of this condo and there is a side gate which connect this condo to the school. Simply amazing for families with young children! The condo is surrounded by HDB flats which make the cost of living in this area not as high as Bukit Timah, Hillview and Clementi. Wet market, Giant supermarket, hawker centres, foodcourts, restaurants and shops are all nearby the condo. 5-10 minutes drive to the new CBD at Jurong Gateway featuring all the big malls such as JEM, Westgate, J Cube, IMM, Big Box and many more, what somemore a shopaholic can ask for? Hospitals such as Ng Teng Fong and Jurong Hospital as well as Genting Hotel are all within 10 minutes drive. Traffic is so smooth after roads are widened especially at the junction to PIE and AYE. Bukit Batok is famous for its clean air because of the Bukit Batok Nature Reserve Park, a good place for running, hiking and family activities. The condo price appreciates steadily in tandem with the development in the west especially the new western CBD is just within 3 km. I would live here forever ! -

Nice Spacious condo with conveniences
Have a church friend who stay in this condo, i was invited for their family party & really impressed with the good sized space here and the coziness of this condo. Hope to buy a unit here after selling our place. Worth buying as price has been more stable now! -

The Dew- Homely & Convenient
Having lived here for past 9 years, I am still constantly raving about the convenience and excellent location to amenities, markets,food courts, schools (Keming Primary School). The pool is large enough and gym is good sized. Grounds are never too crowded for comfort. BBQ pits and function rooms are clean. Kampong spirit with monthly screening of movies at Function room. Excellent for families with children. Responsive admin officer and initiated condo committee that constantly sees to repairs and upgrading. I would live here forever if I could. -

Expensive EC
Almost persuaded by agent to buy. Lucky I take a step back and... 1) overpriced - get better price in Jurong -and nearer Tuas (my workplace) 2) not near MRT. Definitely have to take bus. Was told walking distance 3) Traffic jam driving along road in school hours. Jam. 4) Towards PIE also superjamed in morning. -

Best place to live in
After having seen a number of units I have viewed, zeroed in to buy in this condo....no regrets....location wise the best...amenities are adequate with almost all facilities...condo mgmt is fine...moreover walk away distance to all amenities including bus and MRT...Not many condo are near by Bus or MRT...Totally best and worth buying... -

Super expensive EC in west
1. The price of this EC is ridiculous expensive. 2. Not really near to the MRT station. 3. Surrounding with the HDB. -

Very Convenient Location
This is a great place to stay. There is a market, supermarkets, schools, parks, eating places all @ walking distance. The B.Batok MRT station is only 10mins walk away. Neighbours are friendly and facilities are adequate too. -
