Cotz - good for singles, couples & small fami
Well maintained facilities. Condo looks new. Adult pool and baby pool also. Small playground. Bus stop just outside condo. , 5 mins by bus to Eunos MRT. Buses to go Bedok Interchange, Marine Parade (Parkway Parade), Toa Payoh Interchange and Pasir Ris Interchange. Provision shop 5 min walk. Good Restaurants , Bars and Coffee shop approx 5 min walk. -
