  a peaceful

  very English name, but Balinese inspired buildings and resort feel. The Cornwall i think means "otherness" and to me is a good thing, how living here keeps us away from the busy rush of city life and i can finally finally slow down after all that hectic madness in my own home. super chill to live here, relax in the beautiful pool, quiet surroundings, cafes around me, privacy without making me feel boxed in thanks to balcony.

  short walk from Holland V

  daily 15min stroll to and fro Holland V area to get to MRT and to The Cornwall corndo. cosy residential with freehold, in private estate with many high end GCBs around. can be bit of the chore if weather isn't in my favour but i get by with a trusty UV umbrella. all's good. the new devlopments at Holland V with the new pet-friendly mall is also a gem! Puddles does enjoy going there on weekends with me and we meet many fellow lovely dog owners as well.

  private and polite

  The Cornwall is a perfect sanctuary, with polite security and calm pools, with sloped roofs and privacy features all around. build quality of my unit is good, i do face a road but it's not that loud. generally nice and green environment, cordial neighbours and burgeoning amount of amenities in the area. note, this is a freehold that was completed about 20 years ago, and is located in where i would say is quite central in Singapore.

  Polite guards

  The guards are always polite and ready to provide assistance if needed. They are spotted patrolling regularly, keeping the development safe for everyone

  Somewhat close to MRT

  This condo is slightly out of the way but can be reached by walking 15 minutes from Holland Village MRT station. There are good food there and a new pet-friendly mall has recently opened.
