Just the right one
I had been sourcing for a 3 bedroom unit for sale in this area for quite some times in prepare when my lease in over in 6 months time.
To my surprise, this property is very well maintained despite approx. 9 yrs old and the resale price is getting higher and higher lately, should i wait or should i buy now ?
Had been viewing in couple of high floor units and was amazed with the reservoir view at such reasonable rates, i know the price will only get higher than going down when waterfront series of Condo completing.
The noon sun is not that bad as described by some review as far not the top floor unit in the afternoon time.
In fact i like the noon sun that may help me naturally drying the laundries in balcony, only housewives know how good it is.
Transportation on buses is my primary concerns as i works in town area, luckily the traffic is not heavy and i can get to MRT station in less than 20 mins bus ride,
I believe when DTL ready in 4-5 years time, i will have no further problem and my investment returns may just arrive at the right time if i want to sell for profit .
Hope the unit i am interested will be still available in 1-2 months time as my lease only expire 6 months later as seller refuse to complete on a later date, or hope other unit in the same vertical line is available by then.
For approx. 1XXXpsf and a reservoir view from my bedroom and living area, this is definitely a star buy either for own stay like me or investors when rental yields will be handsome when DTL start to move.
