Well located condo with convenience stone thr
A well located project with Bedok Reservoir MRT & Bedok Reservoir Park stone throw's away. There are many bus services available in Bedok Reservoir Road. The project is well maintained by good mgmt.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Just the right one
I had been sourcing for a 3 bedroom unit for sale in this area for quite some times in prepare when my lease in over in 6 months time. To my surprise, this property is very well maintained despite approx. 9 yrs old and the resale price is getting higher and higher lately, should i wait or should i buy now ? Had been viewing in couple of high floor units and was amazed with the reservoir view at such reasonable rates, i know the price will only get higher than going down when waterfront series of Condo completing. The noon sun is not that bad as described by some review as far not the top floor unit in the afternoon time. In fact i like the noon sun that may help me naturally drying the laundries in balcony, only housewives know how good it is. Transportation on buses is my primary concerns as i works in town area, luckily the traffic is not heavy and i can get to MRT station in less than 20 mins bus ride, I believe when DTL ready in 4-5 years time, i will have no further problem and my investment returns may just arrive at the right time if i want to sell for profit . Hope the unit i am interested will be still available in 1-2 months time as my lease only expire 6 months later as seller refuse to complete on a later date, or hope other unit in the same vertical line is available by then. For approx. 1XXXpsf and a reservoir view from my bedroom and living area, this is definitely a star buy either for own stay like me or investors when rental yields will be handsome when DTL start to move.Was this review helpful? Nice condo: lots of space, greenery and peace
The cons: 1. Far from MRT. So owning a car is preferable. 2. No fair price etc at walking distance. There is an IKON shop at the HDB next block for basic necessities & groceries 3. Condo is 9 yrs old now. 4. No squash/badminton court. There is a karaoke room that I feel is not much useful. The Pros: 1. Apartment layouts are very good and squarish so you get to use so much more space. Also most units are breezy (even for low floor units). Stacks are designed such that there is privacy as neighbours dont get any view on your living/ master bedroom 2. Although the condo is a old its very well maintained. I like the greenery. Its also very peaceful and quiet if you are on one of the inside stacks (2, 12, etc). 3. The playground is good sized unlike newer developments where there is just a slide and see-saw in the name of playground. 4. For those not owning a car, bus access/connectivity is really good. There are numerous buses to Bedok/Tampines with very good frequency. There is also a premium bus service in the morning to Shenton way/ Raffles. 5. Swimming pool is decent sized and none of the stacks are too close unlike some of the newer developments. 6. Walking distance to bedok resorvoir park. My kid enjoys the forest adventure/ water sports/ cycling there over the weekend and its really convenient 7. Upcoming MRT starting in 2017. There is an exit right outside the small gate Those considering high floor unblocked views of the resorvoir should see the apt at afternoon time to check the afternoon sun. It gets really hot.Personally I prefer lower floor with pool view as they dont get much afternoon sun but again its a personal choice and depends if anyone is at home in the afternoon.Was this review helpful? Best for own stay or investment
Very beautiful condo right across the bedok resorvoir. Nice unblock views. So close to the upcoming MRT. Great appreciation potential considering the pricing of current shoebox apartments near MRT going above 1.2 or 1.3m. And no wastage of space as most of the units are squarish. Very good layouts. * All units are squarish with very high ceilings and no wasted space. * Near United World College, Red Swastika, and Temasek polytechnic * Sited beside the reservoir, yet well connected via PIE, KPE, Kaki Bukit Highway, and TPE. * Near Bedok Point, Tampines Mall, Century Square, Tampines One and IKEA Tampines. * 50 metres from upcoming Bedok Reservoir mrt exit.Was this review helpful?
