  It's near an aussie international school, and the outdoor areas are large enough for kids to roam around and explore. it's a nice place for expats with kids and families to live in

  One of the rare 999 years condo in Lor Chuan. Bedrooms are good sized, unlike newer launches. You have a park right beside, as well as retail shops in New Tech Park.
