  homely freehold The Calypso

  nice homely condo in east coast area that has a nice vibe for young families looking to stay in this lively area. almost 20 years old but well-maintained and has the basic facilties

  small and convenient

  finally the TEL opened up and The Calypso has become more convenient with bayshore mrt to serve this area instead of bus or car alone. well positioned with a driving range nearby as well as temasek primary and secondary school, bedok food centre and east coast lagoon stretch of the beach. bring your animals, small humans, yourself, and it is easy to walk around and get all the things you need.

  Still not too old 15 year old condo that one

  Still not too old 15 year old condo that one can get a 2 764sf 2 bedder at $810k is actually quite enticing, downside is the lack of immediate critical amenities and not near to any MRT stations.

  More apartment than condo

  Went for house viewing twice there (several weeks apart) and found no progress on swimming pool works. Other facilities such as fountain and kid's payground also not well maintained. Quite disappointing as condo is relatively new. For interior, planter box and bay window really not necessary. Feels more like apartment than condo.
