I just bought a unit here facing temple. Unblock view but sometimes can be a little noisy due to prayers and chanting, pricing wise, one of the lowest within this area, as compared to the newer ones like Airstream, beacon heights & vetro, definitely worth looking at. 999-leasehold. Aside from the occasional event from temple, it is a good stay.
Building is still in an okay condition, would be better with a new coat of paint.
Need to walk about 6 mins to bus stop, okay in the morning but can get a bit hot after 10am since there is no shelter along the way. Bring an umbrella if you stay here with no car,handy in getting around. aplenty bus to potong pasir mrt.
10 mins drive to Orchard Road, 7 mins drive to City Square mall and 10 min to NEX mall... It is relatively close to anywhere basically. For a 999 year condominium at the city fringe, with a good squarish layout..this is very good for small size family.
$900++ psf is worth to buy compare to any outskirt area (e.g District 22 is commanding $1,000++ and above psf)
Visited a unit here. Nice landscaping.
But too far from both Boon Keng and Potong Pasir MRT. Located at far end of St Michael's Road, takes a good 5 - 10 mins just to walk to Serangoon Road bus stop.
At least 15 mins walk to the closest MRT.
Suitable only for those with cars.
Just beside expressway too...would be a tad noisy.
