Great Place
Botanic on Lloyd is a great condo for those looking for a very central place to live that is still quiet and live-able. The building is small, low rise, and personal, with most people knowing their neigh ours. At the same time its a short walk to the nearest supermarket, bakery, and noodle shop. Just THE most convenient place to live. Plus with MM living just around the corner, everything here is low rise, with great views of the Orchard skyline.
