  Construction, construction, construction

  24 hour construction noise. In the front and back of the building. Don't move into the building if you want rest and peace.

  One of the few condo that is a mixed residential and commercial development in downtown area and still comes with a tennis court. Colourful neigbourhood that comprises of a famous temple, Sim Lim Square and arts schools

  Nice place to live

  Finalised one unit for living some time ago. Other options were Sunshine and Burlington.Advantages: Regular shape roomsOne elevator from parking direct to unit floorDirect Access from Bencoolen street (Sunshine has from rear and bit isolated)The block number (180) is nice.Closest to Bedok MRTEven though Bencoolen is expensive than other two, I found it was worth.
