  Decent place but with no nearby amenities and

  Decent place but with no nearby amenities and transportation. Plus added MRT construction. Ideally running till end on 2024.

  very convenient location and good views

  with the building of Katong Park MRT right beside the development (2min away), transport is xtremely convenient. location is very near to marina bay, CBD & town. Views from the living room is amazing

  Pros and cons

  stayes in belvedere before and want to give my honest opinion Pros 1. Very convenient location if you drive and work in cbd. There is express bus service to cbd as well. Stop at the next condo. Few neighborhood malls near by. Ecp just around the corner. 2. Park right next to it and across. 3. Very well maintained condo. Hence explained the maintainance fee. 4. Nice view. Either greenery view or city view that comes with free firework shows occasionally. Cons 1. Bus stops is about 600 m away. But it seems so far when walking under hot sun. 2 beware of the full on east and west sun block 3 to 7 will be getting. Air con needs to run all day and things and food in the house decay in shocking time. Rubbers on the furniture and clothing melt away because of the heat. 3. Penthouse has different layout from the rest of the units. I am not sure if it's the same with every block but one of them the penthouse dining area is directly below the master bedroom. Sleeping time is badly deprived cause the unit above has kids that go to school. Adult sometimes sleep pass 12 and kids wake up at 530. Foot steps and dragging furniture noise travel down to master bedroom. Bad enough to be woken up. 4. Next to ecp. Traffic noise and dirty air.

  Not Bad

  Went to view recently; Belvedere is recently undergoing repainting works, looks good for a 5-year-old condo, and management is quite 'on' in maintenance. One plus point is unblocked view regardless of low or high floor, since the condo faces Katong Park. Low floor = Greenery, Mid floor = Greenery + City, High Floor gets these + Sea View. Heard that it's going to be nearby a new Eastern Line MRT station - a double-edged sword 'cos it'll become super convenient (prob 2 stops to MBS), but have to put up with construction for a while. Currently quite accessible by bus. Also near park/sea.

  Undiscovered Jewel of the East

  The Belvedere is a beautifully landscaped boutique condo in the unmatched prestigious Meyer Road. Top floors have great views over historic Katong park (with dog run) to Marina Bay Sands and Kallang River. An exercise enthusiast's dream and a great family spot. We love the 5 min walk (by underpass) to East Coast Park and the 10 min cycle to Gardens by the Bay East. Close to buses/MRT, city, playschools and shopping at Kallang Leisure or Parkway Parade. Could not ask for better. Peaceful yet pragmatic. Underpriced & undiscovered - for now - compared to other developments in area. Grab the chance to live here if you can!

  Ideal location, perfect views & v nice condo

  The location is perfect, away from the city but close by at the same time with access via the ECPnor Nicol HW. If you have a high floor apt in stack 3 u can even check which has less traffic. Close to a lot of useful amenities nearby. Condo itself is very nice and you get a good kind of resident living there. The views from the high foor apts are amazing & hard to find elsewhere. Definitely a prestige sort of place so don't expect it to be cheap.

  Nice Enviroument

  The surrounding is quite nice. away from all the hassle and crowd at Parkway. And its very near to city dirve or buy. I like the area.

  over price

  i think the environment is quite nice but most owners are calling too high price. can consider buying for own stay but not so ideal for rental as the rental yield are low. there are so many new projects coming up and willing to rent at a much lower rate. so many to choose ...
