Great Estate but poor rental returns
I recommend it for own stay. Rental market is almost non-existent lately. Maintenance fees and island fees are more than $1000 a month in total.Was this review helpful? Report review -

The Azure
The Azure offers one of the nearest proximity to the sea. It is simply pure relaxation starring into the sea from the living and master bedroom. Private lift and gold lockers help in upholding exclusivity. Units come with wet and dry kitchens and are fairly good sizeWas this review helpful? Report review -

The sea at your doorstep
Its one of the best located condos on Sentosa, with the sea literally at the door step. Its low density with great amenities, huge balconies, especially those on the ground floor and resort living at its best.The surroundings are serene and very upmarket. Quiet yet convenient, walking distance to the convenience store and 1 degree 15. Higly recommended for families and couples. Sentosa is minutes to the city. Azure
Azure is the most unique condominium in Singapore as it has the sea at its doorsteps literally. You can walk alongside the beach paths in the mornings and evenings and enjoy the loveliest of sunrise and sunsets . At night , the beautiful skylights of Singapore dominates.Was this review helpful? The Azure - The hidden jewel
If not for this financial crisis, The Azure will be treated with a ot more respect than it is due. Walk into the property and go up to one of the units and be impressed by how near it is to the waters and how private and quiet it is. For those of you who prefer a more exciting view, you can choose those units that have both the harbour view and the sea view. Listen to the sound of the tug boats, the gentle lapping of water on the shores..it's magical. For people who are not familiar with other properties in Singapore, it is as close to the sea as you are going to get. (Only parts of Oceanfront, The Pinnacle collection and the Beachfront collection will be close) Some of these will sell at more than $3000 psf when they are eventually launched because the developers paid $1800+ for the land alone! So call me and find out what I have for rent and for sale over there. In 3- 4 years, the Azure will be worth its correct weight in Gold.Was this review helpful? Report review -

The Azure
What I like most about The Azure is beautiful combination serene of luscious landscape of water and greenery. As it is situated in the island of Sentosa, you cannot find much amenities within walking distance.Was this review helpful? Report review -
