  Lovely Living Place

  Agreed with the previous review. I really like staying here. For me, it’s about a 10–15 minute sheltered walk through TTSH to Novena MRT. Right downstairs is the bus stop and the newly revamped Shaw Plaza with FairPrice, plenty of restaurants, cafés and a cinema, so daily errands are very convenient. Novena Health City, TTSH and Mount Elizabeth Novena are all within walking distance. The condo is quiet, low density, well maintained, and upgrading works are in progress. For drivers, CTE and PIE are nearby, and Orchard is only about a 5-minute drive away. Overall, a very convenient place to stay.

  Fantastic City Living

  This property offers great convenience. It's easily accessible to public transport like MRT which is a good 7mins walk through TTSH to Novena mrt and it's sheltered and air conditioned. For drivers, the convenience of CTE and PIE are in close proximity. Driving to Orchard in just slightly above 5mins! With the newly opened Shaw Plaza, there are restaurants, supermarket and children educational facilities made available at a short walk. Medical facilities are just a short stone throw away!

  the worst management team in singapore

  the western door broked for at least 4 weeks but no one fix it, the mangement team's phone is always busy
