Quiet Well Maintained Freehold Condo - Very A
I'm a resident living at Arris for a while, it is such a hidden gem. There's a 24/7 gym at Keppel South Central, the facilities are kept well, management is great, friendly neighbours. Walking distance to 3 MRTs when Cantonment is up and there's always a new restaurant to check out! Couldn't recommend it enough. -

Wonderful Units | Superb Location
I was deeply impressed by this development - nestled in Tanjong Pagar, it enjoys all the conveniences of the neighborhood, with food and groceries options of both the high and entry level tiers. Transportation is a breeze given its central location, but the condo itself is quiet because it is nicely tucked along a small road. Units inside are fantastic. Great size and squarish! The car park is a little too dark, but that’s the only fault that I can find! -

Peach and Quiet just steps away from the best
The best part about this freehold is that it is conveniently located in a quiet street that is just steps away from Tanjong Pagar's best food/bar/cafes, public transportation (Outram MRT, Tanjong Pagar MRT, and buses are easy to reach). It is a freehold where you get nature (quiet part right in front- with a running track), peace and quiet in the middle of the TJP. Compared to new development where the condos are crammed into small rooms and living spaces, it is spacious. Definitely a place to check out if you are considering Tanjong Pagar as your neighborhood. -

Freehold situated on a quiet street steps awa
The Arris sits in a quiet street just steps away from the best restaurants and bars in Tanjong Pagar. It has a quiet park with a running track situated right in front of the condo. It is conveniently located near Outram, Tanjong Pagar MRT station and also close to major public transportation. The units are spacious compared to newly constructed condos with limited space and the best part is the floor to ceiling windows. -

A hidden gem
Tuck away up the slope of Yan Kit Road - it is quite a hidden gem at the heart of cbd. Well liked by those who appreciate quietness and privacy, esp given its boutique setup of only 60+ units. -

The Arris
ne of the earliest apartment in Tanjong Pagar area. tucked one corner being the Tanjong Pagar HDB area on a slope. Lots of glass in the design. Still very convenient yet quiet -

Freehold in CBD
The property is modern in design and well maintained. With the proposed development of KTMB train station , Tanjong Pagar Port and Tanjong Pagar Centre, this area will be a great place to live. Moreover, The Arris is a freehold development , a rare find in CBD. -

Tenants The Arris
It is a surprise for me to find this 'Oasis' in the CBD. Quiet and full of greenery. Since it is location on a higher land, so even in mid floor, it feels much higher. In fact mid floor feel like living in a tree house. It's amazing that in the morning, can heard birds singing and butterfies "dancing" around in the trees! What a beautiful sight! -
