Freehold condo at Lor H near MRT & ECP PCN
Location - 7 mins walk to Kembangan MRT, Environment - Near PCN to ECP & 4 mins walk to TK park, Project - Good size wading and Lap pool & Well stock gym, Size of unit - Squarish living and bedrooms: 3 bedder living room is big enough to cut up another room for WFH, Carpark slots - Each hsehold entitled to 1 lot but ample parking for all, Owner occupied - about 75% -

Serene spacious condo near Kembangan MRT
Have been living here for a while and what I love about this place: most reasonable size condo near Kembangan MRT, squarish spacious living room that is good for gathering, short walk to MRT, near many eating places such as famous Seng Kee Black Chicken, condo on high ground, near ECP for active lifestyle, easy to drive to town via ECP, condo well maintained, serene and peaceful. Will be nice to have more shelter lot for parking. Overall a nice place for families who love resort beach lifestyle. -

Secluded and quiet. very peaceful. but yet a short walk to the MRT. Mostly Western expats. can consider. -

Beautiful Home
Ambra is located in a Beautiful surroundings, with 2 min walk to Telok Kurau Park and 20 min walk to ECP, the reason one should consider Ambra is given below 1. 8 min walk to MRT 2. There are good schools near by such as Global Indian international school, Victoria Junior College, Tanjong Katong Secondary School, and Haig Girls’ School. 3. Technopark @ chai chee is just 5 min away(Driving) 4.Can reach to CBP in 10 min (MRT)and Raffles in 15 min (MRT) 5. Breezy location and large Planter to experience a great day after work, units are new and great layout 6. Reasonable good Swimming pool I would rate is The Ambra as grate Home to consider Chears -

Beautiful Place
I have seen 4th floor towards the Marina Barrage Side. It was fabulous, windy at night, no blocking view of the city and I manage to see the YOG fireworks. I was at awe at the view. No hdb view in sight. It took around 7-8mins walk to the MRT which is convenient. Eateries are plentiful but shopping for groceries is a problem in Telok Kuaru area. The swimming pool is certainly larger then a lot like Treeline. The few things I don't fancy is there are too many open car parks with partial shelter. -

Ambra
Viewed the penthouse, it is lovely but it seemed after rain, the water could get into the master bedroom on roof top level leaving it wet. Every room has a balcony but no shelter. Quite a long walk to the MRT station and has to go by side-road which is pretty messy with construction going on. Not so sure about this without a car. -
