  Great location and Value

  This is living at on the city fridge at its best. location is quite and safe in a landed neighborhood, yet walking distance (10mins walk) to 2 MRT stations and a mega mall. It is within 1 KM of 2 international schools. We are quite excited about the upcoming Bidadari development as well, which will also be within 10 mins walk.

  Incredible Location!

  Easily one of the better freehold condos in the area. Near to eateries, shopping mall, MRT stations, good school, and quiet and serene neighborhood.

  Fantastic Location

  Yes. The Acacias is definitely the one of the better developments in the Braddell Heights Estate. Resort style with large land area. Very serene and quite environment. Easily accessible to major expressway. (Latest the Bartley viaduct). New shopping mall, schools and future woodleigh MRT nearby. Definitely a suitable place to stay or for investment.
