  Good public transport

  I take the train from Lavender MRT station to Raffles Place on a daily basis. Not only do I get to work in a wonderful location, the short MRT ride to my home at Textile Centre is also very convenient. Textile Centre is a unique mixed-use tower, slightly older, but more spacious than many newer apartments. The building has been maintained well, hence feels like a modern abode.

  Old is gold

  I’ll be honest, Textile Centre is not a great name for a residential building. But besides that, I’ve loved living here. The old building has spacious apartments and is well maintained. The Lavender MRT station, Raffles Hospital, and a few schools are located in the vicinity. I don’t have to tell you that the shopping is fantastic.

  Textile Centre

  Old apartment but it's relatively lower price in a city, city fringe location makes it a good property to buy, renovate and rent it with reasonable yields
