quiet and luxurious
Tanglin Residences is the epitome of quiet luxury. developed by Capitaland, it's in the Tanglin area, near Orchard. great for families but also for professionals, many expats live here as well. prime area and we get what we pay for, with the good security and serenity. this development is about 20 years old but maintenance has not fallen behind and still looks good. durable investment property. -

good layouts
four blocks at Tanglin Residences in a compound surrounded by large open space. very beautiful grounds, lush and green, with the pool. exclusive high end feels, common areas kept clean. area is quiet and everyone conducts themselves with approproate decorum. my apartment is spacious, and well-lit. there are also townhouse formats for those with deeper pockets or larger families. -

best in District 10
Tanglin Residences is one of the best condos in District 10 i would say! did some viewings for a few others in the area and i finally chose this one to stay in. location-wise, all in the area are quite similar, but i love the boutique feels here for that exclusive feel. and the unit size is unbeatable. facilities are alright, with a pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, function room. Tanglin Golf Course also nearby and the unesco Botanic Gardens for a nice stroll. if you choose luxury, this has to be on your list. -
