  I just love how convenient this place is. I've been here for 3 years now and the neighbourhood is quiet yet lively when it is needed. I have to say that the colour of this condo apartment is not the most trendy but all is good.

  Tacky on the outside, perfect on the inside.

  Really like the location. Well connected to both the green and brown MRT line, and for the drivers out there - three traffic lights away from both CTE and ECP. Perfect for family who enjoys quiet living yet a stone throw away from the fun and bustling East Coast park.

  Really like the unit that I am living in right now. This condo is very quiet and peaceful. It is also very close to childcare and bus stop which is connected to a few MRTs. The design of the condo is not as nice as the newer ones but the rooftop pool view is not too shabby.

  just here for good location

  staying at Sunshine Mansions for its location, pretty much it. units are basic, price is okay, mostly location is fantastic. when my kid finishes studying at Tao Nan i will consider ending my lease here and finding a nicer apt to stay but likely same neighbourhood.

  splash of colour like Sunshine!

  despite its small size, when I visited my friend i was pleasantly surprised to see some basic facilities like bbq, swimming pool, fitness corner and playground. plus point is the great location close to all the good food and fun in the sun.

  Dated...

  Sunshine Mansions was built in 2006 but it feels like it's from the 1990s with its tacky design and dated feel. I don't like looking at this building when I drive past Joo Chiat... just had to write a review to get it off my chest.
