  Sun Plaza.

  Good location, convenient, shelter all the way to MRT , NTUC just below you , huge units . Spacious size .

  Good to stay , shopping , eateries, Sembawang

  Just beside Sun Plaza an white land reserved Good investment beside living at Sun Plaza residential.

  Great Location and Awesome for stay

  The condo has a mall comes with FairPrice Supermarket, RedHill Noodles, Ya Kun Coffee, Proofer, Stuffed, Pontian Noodles, Mr Bean, Watson, Guardian, Bengawan Solo, Ba Ku Tek, Haitilao, OCBC Bank, UOB bank, OCBC, etc. There house a NLB Library, Kopitiam FoodCourt, Japan Home and more. Also the Bukit Canberra which will be ready for use soon · A six-lane sheltered swimming pool, an eight-lane lap pool, a wading pool and a fun pool for children...

  Super convenient condominium

  Super convenient location, windy , internal floor area are maximise use without any wastage of space , many planter box for those who like gardening, Quiet and peaceful living environment. Recommended

  The Entire mall and condo are very old.

  Been there to view and the entire place are very very run down and lift are old and break down often. The whole mall like going to back to the 60s in Spore all so old and dirty !!! Very limited facilities.

  Good Location

  Have seen this condo and yes the facilities may be limited, but the location is very good, sheltered to bus interchange and mrt station, even easy to access to shopping center just below it. super convinent. Recommanded!
