Kampung Living
I had a chance to visit a friend who stays by the pool, and I have to say I am totally impressed with the lifestyle of my friend. Its got a gorgeous patio for outdoor dining under the stars, a balcony facing the pool so he can watch the kids swim while sipping on a cuppa....and more importantly having a safe place for kids to run around without him worrying about traffic or strangers. Its simply kampung laid back lifestyle that I longed for and would strongly recommend for families who simply want a good quality of life outside the busy schedule. -

Great place for families
We have lived in Summer Gardens for a year and have found it lovely for a chilled family life. The pool is fabulous seeing little or no use during the day, and a bit more use for a couple of hours over dinner time. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Tanah Merah MRT, taking little more than 20 minutes on the MRT to go directly into the city. Cold Storage and Shop n Save are close by, as is a food centre, and the Bedok wet market. The shopping areas of Tampines and Simei are very close by. It is a great location for those with kids at One World International School or for the new UWC campus opening at Tampines. The spacious layout mean that there is ample space for those needing to work / study in peace or just chill out. It is great to have the convenience of a house without the hassle of the house, and to have the social aspect of a condo without the numerous people and smallness of space that often comes with a condo. -
