  Most Convenient

  Lived here for a couple of years, the location is simply unbeatable. Walking distance to shopping centres and amenities at United Square, Novena Square, Velocity etc. , transport network of Newton and Novena MRT stations, near to CTE , PIE expressways will ensure you can generally get to anywhere in Singapore within 20 mins. Very suitable for young parents with lots of education facilities at United Square. Very near to a lot of sought-after schools, pre-school etc. There's a small park with playground for kids 200 metres away. Restaurants, cafes, food shophouses plentiful within walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood and block throughout the day. Relatively competitively-priced compared to the new developments coming up next to it. The pool is quite small but is hardly used by anyone at all. Generally facilities and surroundings are clean and well-maintained.

  Good Project

  Saw the 3 bedder unit. Proper layout with sufficient space for living, cooking and laundry. The location is excellent and convenient. Ideal for family with children. Walking distance to United Square (for all your children's needs).

  Decent

  A relatively small project but with proper design and layout. Both the 2 and 3 bedrooms are compact and practical. No space is wasted.

  Real bargain

  Project is relatively new (2 yr-old) & located minutes' walk from both Novena & Newton MRT stations. Very suitable for couples or young families looking for a central location with amenities. Amenities include : good public transport network around area, near town area, across the road from learning centres for the young, eateries all around, good schools nearby. Generally a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood, without the noise usually associated with city living.
