The condo is clean. The one bedroom unit is suitable for single professional or couple to stay here. You can find that the rental is slightly cheaper compare to condo nearby. By car, it takes less than 15mins to town area and less than 20mins to airport. Walk to nearest bus stop (300m away) around 3-4mins. For people like me who prefer MRT, walk to the Paya Lebar circle line entrance (500m away) around 6-8mins. There are a lot of shopping mall like One KM, Paya Lebar Square, Tanjung Katong mall. Another new mall Paya Lebar Quarter target to open on 2H 2018. No need to worry about eateries and its a good heaven for shopaholic. The drawback is no playground for kids, small gym room.

Now, with the nearby Malls and office completing, it is getting more convenience and nice place to stay in. Some of the unit a pretty small, but the bigger one room units layout is actually very spacious. Most of the residents are experts, nice neighbours:). It's also walking distance to MRT, and got bus stop nearby, so can live without a car there.
Not those wall-to-wall apartments that crowd besides each other, there are greenery around the estate. Will recommend this project over those along the Geylang Lorongs certainly.Only pity are the mechanical carpark lots, not a fan of such. Else it will make a nice cosy project tucked in a corner.
Now know where Singapore Disneyland is. According to ST "Mickey Mouse" units in Guillemard near attraction Geylang. All units so small. Everybody living here stress can all swim in one lap pool.
Takes about 12 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT. After 8pm large stretch of areas unlit on walking path. Many men sitting & chatting @ park next to City Plaza nightly or walking around the area. Sundays same City Plaza crowd spills to the park, streets & bus stop. No amenities for expats nearby & within condo. Tenant profile looks extremely questionable. With mostly studios, one-bedders & very few owners going to stay here. Flats being so small also not too safe to walk around the area or take a breath of fresh air near the area too. Still near Geylang.
