  no frills

  Suites @ East Coast is exactly what its name says... it's literally a suite at east coast. good for renters or buyers on a budget who don't need luxe but just need a no frills place to stay in a nice location. serves its purpose well, just know that bcos is small, can hear other neighbours and sound tends to bounce esp if u facing the pool.

  compact but well planned

  blocks of Suites @ East Coast tend to be facing one another around the pool to fit into this compact plot of land. despite that, i love the pool, it feels so private as i'm protected by the blocks around me, and actually the building layout and space planning is well done so that the units are breezy and still feel quite spacious with good layouts including storage room and balcony. still have other facilities like jacuzzi and playground and bbq and gym. i'm frankly quite impressed!

  Good Location But Cramped Units

  Barring the Singtel Telephone Exchange with the large antenna as your neighbor, Suites @East Coast is in a good location, especially if you drive, because you are 30 seconds away from the incredible ECP. Nonetheless, units inside are cramp, and filled with the typical tricks by developers of that era to leave you with a lot less space than desired. The condo also curiously close the iron gates at 12 midnight, so it feels a little more regulated than a home. Facilities are decent without being great.
