  management needs to solve some issues

  Suites@Braddell is generally a nice place to live in thanks to green surroundings and quiet central location near bus. just some grouses when it comes to management, which does respond... eventually. hope they can be faster. another safety issue especially for those with young children is that there's no security guard? at least i don't see any. this is still okay in singapore but why pay for private property that is supposed to come with enhanced security? instead just buy public housing??

  simplicity living but it's not actually in Br

  the name is quite misleading because Suites@Braddell is actually not near Braddell MRT. it's just the road name and is in the middle of Braddell and Serangoon. so it's peaceful and can take a nice walk with greenery around. simple units, basic function. small development.
