efficient use of small footprint!
last time they said Suites at Bukit Timah used to be a petrol kiosk, impressed how this plot became a whole condo with apartment units and even a row of retail below! rented here last time when i was a student and very convenient -

compact prime living
exactly what its name suggests, Suites at Bukit Timah offers a living solution in this prime area. manage your expectations because it's exactly what it promises and don't expect luxury. but i'm pleased with convenience of 7min walk to MRT and retail shops below so i can get my stuff. plus gym and pool too. -

near Beauty World
quick commute around SG and back to central location. Suites at Bukit Timah has a surprisingly well equipped gym, function room, pool ... though due to space constraints, these are all in the basement. feels like a hostel or dorm but i don't need to impress, i just need a place to live on my small budget :D the shops here are little gems on their own waiting to be discovered. lovely neighbourhood feel altho prime area -

Suites @ Bukit Timah utilized maxxing
this condo is small and compact, packing more units and shops than you can imagine, in a convenient location where there is more than meets the eye. amazing how they utilised the GFA to generate such value and amenities. even got facilities like swimming pool and gym in the basement, so smart! -

location wins!
this freehold 2015 condo called Suites at Bukit Timah is prime location, in good location just 7min walk from MRT and afew busstops around. opposite has coffeeshop too. -

Suites at Bukit Timah is yet another project by prolific developer, Fragrance Realty Pte Ltd. you can see it's well planned with transportation, facilities and nearby amenities all good. parents, do note the nearby schs as well for your little ones: Pei Hwa Presbyterian Pri, Bukit Timah Pri, etc. location at Jalan Jurong Kechil. 2BR price at below $1M. -

This place is a winner.
The place is close to mrt, Bukit timah nature reserve for weekend trekking, good school. Sheltered pool. Sumptuous food places for supper. -

Tiny units, unimpressive exterior
Units are all one- to two-bedders. This boutique development was clearly built with rentals in mind, and it shows up in the lack of facilities (with a pool inexplicably placed in an indoor setting) and almost budget hotel-like exterior. Probably good for renting out but not for own stay. -
