  Stars of Kovan scores all stars in condo livi

  With its British-themed exteriors, SOK looks very "atas" and the roof top shines at night (lighting at building top). SOK has enclosed kitchen with window which are available for all units (2 bedder and above) and this is typically not found in other new condos nowadays. To save space and constrained by certain factors, other new condos (not Stars of Kovan) has kitchen adjoined to the living and has no window (for the kitchen), bad for zi char or heavy cooking.

  Stars of kovan earns its name by having located in the heart of kovan, blessed with great transport connectivity and many good food options. Undoubtedly, Stars of kovan is a mixed development condo nearest to kovan mrt station providing incomparable convenience and hassle-free living .

  Centralised in kovan area , accessible to mrt, eateries and shopping . Getting to the Roof top , u will have a bird’s eye view of while if kovan area .

  We love hosting friends here

  We bought one of those terraced apartments with the larger balcony soon after our wedding. We love having guests over for barbecues and the larger outdoor space was ideal for us. Stars of Kovan is a very homely project and we’ve got a lot of friendly neighbours around so our social circle has grown. Kovan MRT station and the future Defu MRT are nearby, as are numerous schools, shopping malls and medical facilities.

  Classically British

  My British husband was so excited to move into Stars of Kovan as its British-themed architecture reminded him of home. Besides getting more than a slice of British pie, it’s also very well connected. A five-minute walk will take you to the Kovan MRT station and then it’s just a 20-minute ride away to the CBD. I recommend the Jin Sa Wan seafood restaurant and shopping at Heartland Mall. Rent for the 3-bedroom units can range from $3500 to $4000. We got a good rate recently.

  Not the condo that is nearest to Kovan MRT st

  Not the condo that is nearest to Kovan MRT station or Kovan City, but it is near enough with only 4 minutes walk. Mixed development that manages to blend lush greeneries onto its building
