Stadia is my cozy abode. I moved here a year ago after a break-up with my boyfriend. I was emotionally broken, but the peaceful apartment I was renting and the community spaces around Stadia helped me get over this bad phase of my life. The units are beautifully designed to bring in the warmth of the day and coolness of the night. The artist in me found this place very satisfying. Mine is a corner unit that comes with full floor to ceiling windows. The owner had the furniture redone just months before I moved in which was so nice of them.
We invested in Stadia back in 2009 when the project was still under construction. I’ve never stayed there, always choosing to rent it out. Over the last decade, we have had four tenants and all of them have only had wonderful things to say about our condo. There are plenty of community spaces, gyms and pools in this area. Convenience stores, cafes and malls in the vicinity make it a very comfortable place to stay.
I’ve lived at Stadia since the developer handed us the keys in 2010. More than 10 years have passed and it still feels contemporary. The beautifully designed floor to ceiling windows bring a smile to my face every day. There are some wide open spaces near the apartment complex and as far as connectivity goes, the Serangoon MRT station is less than a kilometre away.
