Very nice balanced between exclusivity and having amenities near by. Upcoming MRT will be right at our doorstep with heartland amenities just across the road and lifestyle restaurants and cafe on the other side.With a new condo management, things are really looking better. Great neighbors and ideal for families with young children.Really happy that I made the choice here.

Overrated
Another example of how people are parting with good money for bad property. Unless sanity returns to the financial markets, we will continue to see people parting ridiculous amounts of money for undeserving proprerty

Unimpressive
Went for viewing in this development a couple of weeks back as I was attracted to the location with good schools and amenities nearby. I did not like what I see when I reached as the development looks very cramped externally and the layout was very odd. A quick walkabout and after viewing only one unit I had enough negatives to strike this out of my list.

Conservative investor
This 102 units development is a mixture of landed and apartment living. Situated in prime District 15 with excellent transport link, renowned schools, and plentiful of F & Bs in Marine Terrace just across the road and nearby Katong & Siglap. Conducive for outdoors & activities as East Coast beach is just 8 minutes away by foot.Understand that 60% of the project are owner occupied, a good reflection of the choice area for residing. Condo facilities are sufficient for development of this size. Developers are going for small units nowadays, hence this will most probably be the only project with a mixture of medium and large size apt in Prime District 15.

Poor layout, finishes and development
Went to view two units and spoke to some owners, they were very disappointed with the layout after they collected the keys...access to the gym has to be via the basement carpark, if not need to get out of the development and re-enter from the guardhouse. The 1206 sqft indicates as 3 bedroom is actually 2 + 1, which one bedroom cannot even fit a single bed. A lot of balconies open space.
