  Excellent location and efficient squarish lay

  Unbeatable location - especially for kids studying in chij, tao nan etc. Near mrt, market and hawker as well. Unfortunately like any condos/estates, there will be nasty tenants that come and go. Overall peaceful and quiet living environment. I was lucky to have exceptional neighbours.

  Spacious, well-lit and breezy unit

  This is a very unique condo with great location and spacious unit layouts. The 3-bedroom unit that I stayed in had very efficient use of available space and the living, bedroom, kitchen and the helper room were bigger and better than many of the other apartment units that I have seen in Singapore. With just 31 units, it has essentials like swimming pool and covered car park. The units are very well-lit and very breezy. Bus connectivity is great from the bus-stop right infront of the unit. Easy access to East-coast park. Lots of grocery shops and eateries within a short radius, and Parkway Parade mall is a short bus-hop away.

  East Coast Resident

  Have been staying here for more then 15 years. The rooms big and squarish ( No loss of space). The condo was recently painted and refurbished with new led lighting. The condo is clean and well maintained. Peaceful and quite . Since only 31 units, the closeness ,friendly and family oriented neighbourhood. Near to the market , Supermarket, eatery in Marine Parade.

  Staying for 15 years

  Stayed here for years and years and the convenience can be beat. place is near all the bus stops to city and can easily go to city hall or other EW lines or to Paya Lebar. Condo has recently been repainted in 2023. Gate used to have issues and is now functioning well. Management tries to be as proactive as possible with most repairs. More improvements will come. Most importantly it's great for families with young children and young couples. The plethora of restaurants in the area in both directions cant be matched.

  There are better place elsewhere

  glad my 2 years lease is over. Can't wait to move out. There are much better developments nearby. Do not be deceived by it's good location. Be detailed and observe the unit you rent in this building, check for any cracks / defects/ mould and most impt, who are the neighbors next door. Selling and rental are way over priced.
