Nice room layouts
Efficient use of space. No wasted space in the condo units. However condo is old so wear and tear is expected. Renovations are also going on but that is seem in many condos after awhile with change over of owners. -

Old condo
Unrenovated unit is a nightmare, something has to break every month, and regular reno/fixing work either upstairs or downstairs. BBQ is a false advertisement as it's literally not useable and not being used for years. -

Little construction noise
I'm staying at block 7, directly opposite to the new construction. We are pleasantly surprised with the noise and dust level. The developer also updates us of the progress of the construction work. -

Watch out all potential tenants, Singland has bought the piece of land behind Sommerville Grandeur so there will be noise and dust from construction! -
