king of convenience
fr Simsville, it is ez to head to just abt anywhr. right beside Paya Lebar intg, making it so convenient to take green or orange line around Sg. also, there are malls in that area so no need to go far to get my neccessities. awesome. don't even need to take MRT, these are all big family malls. the only thing is that i work further at CBP so there's a bit of a commute but it's still east side so alright. it really helps!!! lively neighbourhood esp during bazaar months when Geylang Serai is packeddd, always happening. -

upkeep, keep it up!
glad to see Simsville undergo reno and painting, despite having some small and tmeporary inconveniences to us residents, we know it is neccessary. the staff also patiently explains to us, and i am glad the team serving us has been with us for a long time. they really understand and are emphathetic to our needs. upkeep is excellent, keep it up! plus the breezy natural ventillation, spacious living space, even upgrading to EV lots to help us residents and for a greener Singapore. thank you. -

born in 1998
Simsville is born in 1998 just like me. i think it is a great property although not my birth home but i moved here by chance a few years ago. only after that then i realised we had same year. anyway, we are just 28 years young, still going strong, and good legs with good transport links. very livable, excellent facilities and amenities around. makes my low-emissions lifestyle easier as everything is within reach too. sometimes use the barbecue and tennis court, all in ship shape condition too! -

The mcst has been doing massive upgrades to the condo since 2025. Lift, repainting interior and exterior, waterproofing, re-deco, ev charger, electronic access. The things they have been procrastinating for years are finally coming through. The whole condo should be looking great by end 2026. Its a wonderful condo with circle and EW mrt line, huge public bus options, quick access to ecp/city/cbd if you drive. I have never felt so much convenience vs I was staying at amk. U get 3 shopping malls integrated just across the road. Good schools like kong hwa primary or geylang methodist within 1km. Lots of childcare options nearby too. 15mins drive to east coast park. Except the bustling noises in the day, im loving it. Cant wait for paya lebar airbase to go in 2030s. -

Great location and good food
Location is superb and many of the owners here are elderly and you won’t get much noise pollution from neighbours. -

Good location with great upside potential
I’m an owner for at least 4 years now. Side gate will take less than 3 mins to the nearest mrt. I’m staying at lvl 4 and I must say the train noise was not as bad as what many have mentioned. Not keen to sell but will be keeping it for potential en bloc -

One of best condo in the paya lebar MRT with 330,000sq land space.3mins walk to train station. upgraded New Lift and New paintwork will began in 2025.Quiet, peaceful and most important good security Team in the estate. -

Cockroach infestation
This place is badly infested with German cockroaches which are extremely difficult to get rid of. Fumigation is not effective enough, and actually leads to more roaches fleeing into the apartment. The lifts keep malfunctioning a few times every month. Location is convenient though. -

Superb location and good values compare to far out condominium. Love for being staying here. : ) -
