  Good Value Great Location

  Gated with Security guards. A better environment for family with children. Great location, No peak hours traffic Jam especially in morning and evening. Love it!

  Great Location & Good Layout

  Great Location because it is just 5 mins to the Aljunied MRT. Also easy access to buses to connect wherever you want to go... Good layout with squarish rooms and very good ventilation as you can feel the breeze within the unit.

  Good Value, Good Location

  Great location (5 mins walk) to Aljunied mrt. Quiet condo tuck away from the main road. Good size layout and good for families with kids. Facilities are very well-maintained. Ample parking lots. Popular choice with Westerners & Expats.

  Good size, near MRT but asking high

  Good size and regular layout. Near aljunied MRT, so near to city. However, this condo looks a bit old (colour?) and nothing exciting. It is along the lorong, so just see shops / cofeeshops. Asking is high for this ordinary condo with no view.

  Average Condo

  I lived in Sims Green for a few years. As it was a ground floor unit, I found the everyday noise from the road, nearby buildings and common entertainment areas a significant problem. As the building is getting older, many repairs were also continually needed. The facilities are just OK - good pool (no shade) but the gym and function room are very basic and small. Close location to train and small shops, but quite a walk to a proper supermarket. Not sure if it is value for money but if you just want something functional, it would be right for you.

  Great condo, great location, great price

  One one the best value for money condo in Singapore. Great facilities, close to MRT and prices are still relatively low.
