  Noisy, Mosquitos, Management

  Noisy during the day due to construction sites nearby & and the condo is near Paya Lebar Military Airbase flight path. So you can hear loud airplanes landing multiple times a day. Plus, because it is low rise, you get lots of mosquitos when windows are opened. The fogging effort is not consistent or enough to keep up. Management is lousy as well. We have complained about the faulty intercom system since we moved in almost a year ago and nothing has been done to rectify. There have been countless times deliverymen have failed to enter or intercom us because the intercom is broken.

  Nice small and quiet condo in good location

  Quiet but Walking distance to paya lebar mrt with plenty of eateries and amenities around. Good layout and rooftop swimming pool with good view.
