  Excellent location and layout especially WFH

  Rare spacious 1 bedder unit comes with segregated study room, this gives unique space for different activities like work/study/gaming, etc. Needless to say, the location is at the heart of Siglap with all the amenities like 24h supermarkets, MCD, F&B, etc

  Siglap V - Convenient Residence in the East

  Siglap V is nestled in a good location in the east side of Singapore with plenty of amenities nearby eg. Cold Storage, fast food joints, café and hair salons at this mixed development project. Surrounded by private residential estate makes Siglap V an exclusive living enclave suitable for expats and locals. Siglap V is also close by to popular eateries in the East Coast Road area and it's rental is good value for money as compared to other nearby condos along the East Coast Road area.

  Siglap V

  I've stayed at Siglap V for a year. Was not satisfied at all- due to the air ventilation / circulation of my unit. The living and bedroom view is block, and the unit is always gloomy. very poor air ventilation.My cloths smells and the wall of my unit gets moldy easily. The facilities are poorly maintain. Take note as not to rent or buy any unit that does not have balcony with open view .From the knocking pipe in the bedroom, to people walking outside just annoys me, the soundproof of the unit i stayed in is poor. I was paying $2200 for the unit with zero views and its always noisy with people walking outside of the hallway. Now with the property market situation, I manage to rent a 2 bedroom condo in east coast with open balcony view for $2450. The only good part of living here is there is lots of eateries , which in SIngapore there is always food everywhere!!
