  Nothing like it in Singapore

  I've lived here for 10 years and I can honestly say this is/will be the best property I'll ever live in. Sited on top of a hill, the view from my penthouse is spectacular. You'd never tell you're just a 5 min walk to Adam hawker centre, 10 min to supermarkets and the Botanics MRT. Although the property is not young, the grounds are well kept with two simple pools. The black and white facade is reminiscent of gorgeous black and white bungalows. The timeless design of my interior has an understated elegance. Few condos have a living/dining room so spacious, you can host parties for 30. Being a small development, issues are quickly handled by the MC.

  Great connectivity - 5 mins walk to mrt station/botanical gardens/f&b establishments

  There is an access path down to Adam road. It takes less than a few minutes walk. For future Botanic MRT, just crossing via Adam Food centre.
