Sennett Estate is a part of Singapore's histo

The Sennett Estate we know today is a quiet, laid back middle class private residential estate surrounded by HDB housing estates around Potong Pasir and Macpherson.

affordable luxury!

getting a semi-D at Sennett Estate is affordable luxury, considered one of the cheaper landed to live in Singapore. do grab a unit because the location is rather central despite being quiet, and you are in the macpherson area with lots of stuff around you. would be better with car, so no need to walk to main road for a bus.
