Good mix of practicality and price
I’m a young professional who wanted an affordable, yet well-equipped condo in an area with lots of amenities. Sengkang Grand Residences ticks all the boxes. Hopefully, by the time I move in, this area should be more developed. The floor plan is thoughtfully conceptualised with a small kitchen near the entrance followed by the dining space and a living room that opens on to the balcony. The bedroom is on the left with a small study next to it. I might convert that room into a gaming space.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Hassle-free life
I've always wanted to move into a new mixed-use development. It just makes life hassle-free. When I saw the brochure for Sengkang Grand Residences, I knew this was the one. We bought our 3-bedroom condo in July 2020. My son will be going to university soon and needed more space for himself. My parents live on the other side of town, so they’ll be staying over often when they visit. It’s a beautiful apartment with all the services and amenities one needs.Was this review helpful?
