Decent Place to Live In
I had been staying here for 6 years and it is generally positive to me. Quiet location and friendly neighbours. I downrated transport links as it is not so near to MRT stations. It is unlikely that you walk to Marymount station within 8 minutes as stated by most agents. I am a fast walker and it usually took me 13-15 minutes to walk from the condo entrance to Marymount station possibly due to the long waiting traffic light and the ongoing construction at Marymount Road. There are not many convenient amenities down the corner but plenty in the area if you do not mind walking for 10-15 minutes. Last but not least, the downsides of this condo is irrelevant if you drive. -

A Place Call Home
SV is a cozy & quiet estate. The estate is very well kept, nice neighbours & security. Reason why we move out of this lovely nest, is due to space, this estate comes with only 2BR @900+sqft or 3BR @1141-1152sqft,bigger units are left with the PHes. I recommend SV for small family. -

Location
Location centric development. 10 minutes drive to town, and 15 to 20minutes direct bus ride to town. Bus stop just 200m away. Convenient location. 400m to Marymount Mrt, and 700m to Bishan MRT. Quiet, as does not face main road. However, pool facing units are the west sun unit. -
