Sculptura Ardmore is exactly what the name describes. it is a sculpture, an architectural marvel, a work of art to stay in. It was designed and completed in 2014 by world acclaimed architect Carlos Zapata, and now all 36 storeys rise high above Aardmore Park. a living, breathing nest of apartments, or a sculpture? it's both to me. definitely i get what i pay for, avant garde aesthetics, pride in my address that becomes a talking point in every conversation, and luxury. -

home to many other HNWI, we form a community that's well linked in terms of business networks. what elevates Sculptura Aardmore is the location at the highest point of Aardmore Park, a gravity-defying beacon and trophy that showcases the height of civil engineering. space is generous, with one unit per floor with private pools, and of course the certified high building quality score. -

hard to get a unit here, but well worth
exclusive with only 35 units at Sculptura Aardmore, with one being a penthouse. only for the discerning buyer with spare cash. yet everyone who knows everyone wants to get a piece of this iconic architecture. it's not easy to do so given the scarcity and high investment value. beyond the glimmering veneer, living here doesn't require a private chauffeur. oftentimes i can just walk myself to Orchard Road, have a meal, and then return home for a relaxing swim in my pool. -
