  scenic heights is near to serangoon road which leads to little india (shortest way to town by car or bus) can be crowded at times however it is near to eateries nearby for thoses who like to have a varity of food available at their doorstep.

  scenic heights

  This condo is in a great location, surrounded by amenities and eating places. Construction of the nearby apartment only partially blocks the view. At this current price point, it makes a good property investment with good En-bloc potential.

  scenic heights...

  construction for a 17 story apartment is just next to it. it's too close (less than 10 meters) and will block scenic heights completely.
