  Great location

  Good for couples and small families as it is close to Cold Storage supermarket, a short walk to Stevens mrt station and has good schools nearby. Some bus stops away from Botanic Gardens.

  do not recommend

  Do not recommend at all, especially for expats. Moved in a year ago, and the apartment is still being worked on. Awful noise during the day, elevators still covered with blue padding. Property management not helpful at all. Air conditioner remote wasn't working when I moved in - took 4 people over 3 visits to fix one remote. Units are tiny - does not utilize space well. Limited delivery options to the area. Thin doors, so noise from hallway and other rooms carry so can be loud.
