easy access to town
Robin Suites offers us easy access to town. with Stevens MRT isonly around 5 mins' walk and having both Downtown Line and Thomson-East Coast Line at our doorstep is really convenience. I work in town so my commute is really convenient and limits the squeezing to a shorter time. If lazy to take train there are also buses nearby. no kids (we are DINKs) and i think size is generally okay. storage space can become an issue after staying awhile but in general quite happy with my purchase maybe families with more than 1 kid or older children might find it a bit of squeeze too. great choice for couples, singles. -

ACS and SCGS priority
staying at Robin Suites. first and foremost, good schs nearby like ACS and SCGS. very important point for kiasu parents like me. thought we'd move out but continue to stay here cos enjoy it so much. units not v big but comfortable, and walls can be abit thin but ok if neighbours not raising a ruckus daily. atas neighbourhood so will be v suay if got uncouth neighbours. perhaps just hear closing door but still ok cos not slamming. neighbourhood very nice also. feels quiet, safe and we always see people jogging or walking their dogs in the evening (maybe we can to get a dog too in the future). Balmoral Plaza and Botanic Gardens are both close enough for weekend jaunts. -

the facilities nice to use
facilities at Robin Suites just serving less than 100 units so never feels crowded. can actually get a swim at the pool, wich is usually empty, and parking is a breeze even during weekends. quite exclusive, lifts are always fast. not a flashy condo with huge facilities but it has everything I need. Gym, swimming pool, security and a nice quiet environment. condo itself is simple but well maintained. gardeners also been do a good job keeping the landscaping nice and the common areas are always clean. -

Quiet, well run condo, good class neighbours and neighbourhood. Close enough to Orchard Road without being in it. -

Although situated in a supreme location, with luxurious interiors, this building is about three things : 1/ noise; 2/ noise; 3/ noise. not to mention countless lift failures... -

Great location
Good for couples and small families as it is close to Cold Storage supermarket, a short walk to Stevens mrt station and has good schools nearby. Some bus stops away from Botanic Gardens. -

do not recommend
Do not recommend at all, especially for expats. Moved in a year ago, and the apartment is still being worked on. Awful noise during the day, elevators still covered with blue padding. Property management not helpful at all. Air conditioner remote wasn't working when I moved in - took 4 people over 3 visits to fix one remote. Units are tiny - does not utilize space well. Limited delivery options to the area. Thin doors, so noise from hallway and other rooms carry so can be loud. -
