  Bad facilities management

  Pros: near city. Near school. Cons: Lift has broken down multiple times. Water pipe burst in car park. Light inside swimming pool loose and not fixed, swimming pool pump also broke down for prolonged period in 2025. No security guard after 8pm. Likited food selection nearby.

  Jewel of urban living

  A great place just couple of minutes from Orchard!! Undiscovered and so private small development that is just great for expats working in town and great for locals looking for great schools within this area. Good quality units and mostly all well maintained.
