Excellent investment near Orchard
The whole condo building looks not much different from new condo. It is very well maintained. The appearance is also very unique and I especially like the resort like style. Another thing is of course it is freehold close to Orchard. It’s very hard these days to get a freehold condo in the central which is still affordable. Only 5 minutes walk to the Great World and nearby eateries. Plenty of good Western and Japanese restaurants nearby. -

Existing Tenant
The location is one of the main reasons that we choose to live in this condo. It is recommended for tenants who prefer quiet ambience and accessibility to transport and supermarkets. Great value too. -

Serene enclave in the heart of the city
A quiet enclave within Robertson Quay surrounded by varied and interesting casual dining options. Property is very well maintained and caters to young couples and families looking to be near the city but still wanting a peaceful 'resort-like' environment. Surrounding luxury hotels and developments including the hip M Social next door creates a great ambience while Kim seng park provides a really nice stroll along the river towards the upcoming Great World MRT (<10mins away). -

Robertson 100
Despite the fact that it's one of the oldest condo in the Robertson quay area, it is still looking good internally, a testimony of quality fittings used. -

Convenient, nice, unique, quiet and cosy.
Being a proud owner of the condo, I've being renting it out since I bought over in 2008, I totally disagree on the above comments given which I happen to come across recently. So far, I've never heard of any tenant (all expatriates and families w kids) informing me on the existence of such pigeons. If so, especially the Japanese tenants who are well known and particular for their hygiene and cleanliness (including the westerners) wouldn't even extend their lease after their current lease expired and they are happy with the place since it's one of the few condos in Robertson area which has less than 200 units with less than 10 story high. The tenants living in Robertson 100, enjoy privacy and the swimming pool is not packed with people and children especially over the weekends. The location is quiet as it's not at the main road and is within walking distance to MRT, pubs, restaurants, shopping centers and childcare centers. Even though is not a new condo, but both the exterior and the interior look nice and brand new. It doesn't look run down, at least to my tenants who stay there. It's very well maintain and design to have a resort style kind of living. The reason why there are nets installed over the air con compressor and outside the kitchen is because it's the birds and Not Pigeons that are flying into it nor nesting there and is also to prevent the air compressor to get damaged as a result. Overall, I find it's a good investment and an ideal place to live in even though it's no longer that new compare to those newly launch condo. Due to the excess supply of condo now, potential tenants may prefer to opt for new condo instead. But due to it's good location, I believe this scenario will only be temporary. If someone prefer quietness with just a few units in each block and level, this is definitely a place to live in the long run. As for rental yield, yes I agree is lower compare to new condo due to it's age but is an advantage to the tenants. -

lots of pigeons
view 2 units if you see the kitchen, all units have nets covered . the agent inform me that there are pigeons nesting there and we all know, you can chase away them, they keep coming. the worst thing is pigeon shit is toxic to human health -
