Singapore River icon
it's kinda old bcos completed 1990s. also close to key nodes like MRT stations and shopping malls, and museums and food. and can walk anywhere basically. unit sizes are decent even for a studio unit. -

Quay to my Heart
Riverwalk Apartments is located in the scenic Upper Circular Road in Singapore, at the vibrant Boat Quay area with nightlife and shophouses lining the River. Dining around here is naturally more pricey as it is tourist area, but you can also find some coffeeshops and food courts and some other cool stuffs around you. charming area and so peaceful to chill at the Quay from the comfort of home. Recommended for expats who love this vibe. -

Central location, fantastic view
Very close to Clarke Quay MRT and Raffles Place. Great food and entertainment options nearby. -

Think thrice before renting
The environment in this area is not conducive to a comfortable living experience, i will give it 1 star. The location in the city means that dust is a persistent issue, and the presence of drunk individuals during weekends has made the situation even more challenging. As a result of the environment here, my allergies have been significantly aggravated, necessitating the use of medication. Additionally, the condo amenities are quite frankly lousy. The tennis court was in complete disrepair until they shut it down for a month to repair it. Some of the (lack of) rules are also appalling. There’s a tennis coach that stays here that holds lessons for OUTSIDERS regularly - i dont understand why the MCST allows this. Also, for some reason, a lot of ants crawling inside the house at all times. -

very bad environment to stay in
This is a very bad environment to stay in. Because it's in the city, it's very dusty and there are drunk people around on weekends. My allergies really started to act up, and i have to go back on meds which i haven't been on for a long time. It's an old apartment and for some reason, the landlord didn't feel it make sense to install soundproof windows, so the noise really prevents you from sleeping. While it's very central, with the train station just 5 minutes short walk away, the entire environment is not really fit for living. -

Super noisy, very dusty, stay away!
This place is terrible! The amount of noise and dust is absolutely unbearable, and the whole building is falling apart. I signed a 2-year lease and couldn't wait to get out. Living in New York and Chicago, I'm used to some city noise, but the racket here is on another level. There's loud music and commotion until the early hours, and the landlord didn't bother with soundproof windows. The vibrations from the music are ridiculous. My wife's allergies have never been this bad; we have to keep the air purifiers running 24/7. The building is ancient, and the elevators are painfully slow, especially during peak hours. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs! -

Car Park and Poolside
1) To access to the car pk with a tiny lift which is inconvenient Season parking lot should be on the first 2 levels , ridiculous to let visitors to occupy those lower levels whereby residents have to drive all the way up to park , should be a regular practice to be given priority to residents by right .. Only one table at the pool side , should have at least 2 tables by practical sense The open function space is so big, wasted. May as well put a table tennis there .. Hope for improvement thk u . -

Riverwalk Apartments
A matured development with facilities and close proximity to Raffles Place and Calrke Quay MRT station. Prices are much lower than those newer District 1 condos at the Marina Bay. -

Pros with Cons
Pros: Good location with little alternatives in the proximity. Cons: old (MCST needs to up its maintenance), <70 yrs left on its lease may affect loan amount. Most units are rented out so care for common area may be lacking. -
