  unique features at Riverside 48

  has an interesting centralised aircon system, with private secured lift access and exclusive carpark for residents. it is pet-friendly too. located in a private, prime location. big bathroom within the units. the 1BR is about 689 sqft (about 64m2, size of a 3room HDB flat!

  top Freehold ppty at Robertson Quay

  Riverside 48 is located at Singapore's picturesque Robertson Quay just by the Singapore River. it is freehold too, and with public transport within easy reach as well as nice restaurants and bars nearby if you need to entertain guests or friends from overseas...or just hang out and people watch.

  Unpleasant place

  For the price, don't waste your time. The building is not maintained. Leaky pipes, smells, no facilities, terrible noises and challenging management.

  Looks a bit like an office building on the outside. It is close to the main entertainment area of Robertson Quay and literally at the side of the river
