  why only 99 years?

  the Riverdale Residence is only a leasehold with about 77 years left to still enjoy the welcoming location, low density 37 units in a 20 storey tower, and right smack in the heart of downtown Singapore to best suit working professionals there. has swimming pool and jacuzzi, barbeque area.

  not old but is GOLD okay!

  you might think Riverdale Residences is old, but honestly, it was completed in 2003 at the turn of the century so it is NOT OLD by my standards. only 37 precious units here, and close to orchard Road shopping belt too. parks nearby, just a short drive away, like Fort Canning Park in the east, and Kim Seng Park also nearby. malls, shopping etc also all nearby.

  River Valley resi gem

  rental price of such a well-located condo in river valley is considered very affordable, especially given the size: 2-bedroom (1100 – 1200 sqft), 3-bedroom (1300 – 1400 sqft). the feels is ideal in this Riverdale Reisdences home in district 10. indeed a residential gem here!
