great interior with view
been looking a place for my family (2 adults & 1 kid) we like the interior layout which is well space out,
location is convenient
resonable size kitchen , open yard, maid's room with toilet and refuse chute are all at one end,
excellent city view from 2 balconies,
only setbacks are the 2 petrol stations right in fornt of this building and lack of facilities, except a small pool
second choice for my own stay

Location/Space vs Facilities
Plus Points:
- Mesmerizing city skyline view from its balconies, especially the master as it's totally unblock.
- Very good location along Tanjong Katong Road at 8 Ipoh Lane. Near future PL hub area with good transport facilities around. Easy for visitors coming without cars.
- Maximised space with excellent layout. No wastage and makes the space looks bigger than its actual indicated size.
- Good sized room and spacious toilets.
- Has a separate maid's roo, thus bomb shelter can be actual storeroom instead of maid's room.
- Windy, even for low floors.
- Lots of amenities around and no problem finding good food within walking distance
- Each floor has only 2 units with 2 lifts serving. Entire development of 27 units so making it rather exclusive. All units are standard 3 bedders. No small units in the development and you can expect less cases of tenants or noisy neighbours.
Minus Points:
- Lower floor will not be able to enjoy the view, which is one of the main selling points of this development. It must be higher than the smaller developments across the road
- Direct west sun to masterbed room
- No basement parking
- Petrol kiosk is directly in front of the development, which is not exactly ideal
- Does not have much facilities - there is a swimming pool and a children's playground. Dun seem to have space for BBQ pits
For those buyers whom are looking for good sized units and do not mind having minimal facilities, this is quite a good development to look at.
