  Pricey given that it is small

  The space at Somme is rather small. Should I top up a little more, I would be able to buy a 2 bedroom at the nearby Kerrisdale Condominium with full condominium facilities.

  it is near to many KTVs.. indeed a gem for swinging singles....!!

  Gem in the city

  Residences @ Somme is one fo those hidden Gem in the city. I am lucky to bummed into one! This is why 1. Stone throw to Farrer MRT2. Stone throw to City square mall3. Stone throw to 24 hour mini mart4. Stone tthrow to Olympic standard swimming pool 5. Stone throw to sports stadium6. Stone throw to a relaxing park7. Only minutes to cityMost importantly, as a small development, the vicinity is conducive and quiet!
