  A Hidden Gem, 190 Rangoon Road

  The key plus point is its location and its price. This place offers convenient near downtown living at very reasonable price per square feet for both those who buys and rents, with some units just newly renovated for rental. Especially good for those who are in the medical profession as the place is very near to major hospitals like the KK hospital, Tan Tock Seng hospital and the General Hospital. It is a relatively quiet neighbourhood for such proximity to the city, a mere 1.47 km from city centre and within 5 - 7 mins walk from the Farrer Park MRT station, which is only 2 stops to Dhoby Ghaut station a major interchange . For buses, its Bus no 141 and 131 stopping at the nearest bus stops, Kentish Lodge and Kentish Green. The estate has its own carpark available for residents owning a car. There is also a designated place in front of the apartment for residents to park their bicycles for those who want to cycle to the city or around the neighbourhood. However, given its proximity to the city and the MRT station, there is really no necessity to drive. For amenities, there is the City Square Mall within 10 mins walking distance whereby one could get their groceries from the NTUC Fairprice in addition to the major brands anchored there. The famous Mustafa Shopping Centre and the KK wet market are also not too far away. There are lots of eateries along Rangoon road, both local and western. For local food, there is a coffee shop within 5 mins walk and two very famous Bak Ku Teh stores, Ng Ah So and Founder with two blocks. There are at least three cafes along Rangoon road, especially for those who like specialty coffee, the Jewels cafe, a chain that does specialty coffee is within 5 mins walk. For those with children, within 1.5 km radius, there is the Farrer Park Primary school, St Joseph's Institution Junior, ACS Junior, St Margaret's Primary, Italian Supplementary school, Global Indian International School and the Eton House International School.

  Rangoon Apts

  Pretty exclusive as only 17 units and 4 stores high. Like most of its neighbors it's plus point is it's location and it being freehold
